Introduction and scope

Creative Copyz (“we”, “us”, “our”) takes the protection of personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website, use our free Revenue Leak Roadmap tool, or engage us for AI automation services.

Our role: controller and processor

We act in two different roles depending on the context, and it matters which one applies.

As a controller.
When you visit our website, run the Revenue Leak Roadmap tool, or provide your email to book a call, we determine why that data is collected and what happens to it. In this context, we are the controller of your personal information.
As a processor.
When we deliver contracted AI automation services to a client, and that work involves handling the client's own business or customer data (for example, building a bid and quote system that touches a client's leads), we process that data on the client's behalf and under their instructions. In this context, we act as a processor, and the client remains the controller of that data.

Basis of processing

We process personal information on the basis of:

  • your consent, such as when you voluntarily provide your email to book a call;
  • the need to perform a contract with you or your business;
  • our legitimate interests, such as following up on a genuine inquiry;
  • compliance with legal obligations; or
  • any other lawful basis, as applicable in your jurisdiction.

How we receive personal data

We receive personal data when:

  • you provide it directly, including through our website, the Revenue Leak Roadmap tool, email, or a booking form;
  • a client provides it to us in the course of a contracted engagement;
  • our service providers provide it to us as part of operating our Services.

What we collect

Through the website and the Revenue Leak Roadmap tool

  • contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number, if provided;
  • business information you enter into the roadmap tool, such as your industry, company size, weekly request volume, average job value, and the operational bottleneck you select;
  • technical information such as browser type and general location, collected automatically.

Through client engagements

  • business and contact information necessary to design and deliver the contracted automation system, as instructed by the client.

We do not ask for, and the Revenue Leak Roadmap tool does not require, sensitive categories of personal information - such as health data, financial account numbers, or government identifiers - to function.

Purposes of processing

We process personal information to:

  • generate your personalized results when you use the Revenue Leak Roadmap tool;
  • respond to inquiries and book consultations;
  • deliver contracted services to clients;
  • send relevant communications about our services, where you have consented or where permitted by law;
  • improve our website and tools.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, generally no longer than three years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or by an active client agreement. You may request earlier deletion at any time - see Your rights below.

Sharing personal data with service providers

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf, currently including:

We may also share aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify any individual, for purposes such as understanding usage trends.

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or are deleted.
