01Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern access to and use of the Creative Copyz website (the “Site”) and the free tools, including the Revenue Leak Roadmap, available on it. This Agreement may be updated at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Separate written agreements govern any paid engagement for AI automation services. Where a conflict exists between this Agreement and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
02Privacy
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
03Ownership
All content on the Site, including copy, design, and the Revenue Leak Roadmap tool itself, is the property of Creative Copyz or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish any part of the Site except as expressly permitted here.
04Intended use
The Site is intended for business use by adults evaluating or engaging our services. It is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.
05Trademarks
Creative Copyz and associated names, logos, and brand features are trademarks of Creative Copyz. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may belong to their respective owners.
06The Revenue Leak Roadmap tool
The Revenue Leak Roadmap tool generates estimates based on the answers you provide. These estimates are informational and directional, not a formal audit, and are not guaranteed to reflect your actual costs, savings, or outcomes.
Figures are calculated using general assumptions about time and cost across similar businesses, and you can adjust the hourly cost input to better reflect your own numbers. Results should not be relied on as financial advice or as a substitute for a professional assessment of your specific business.
07Site use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for your own evaluation of our services. You agree not to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Site, the Revenue Leak Roadmap tool, or any systems connected to them, and not to use the Site in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion.
08Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites not under our control. These links are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site.
09Compliance with laws
You agree to comply with applicable law in your use of the Site and to provide accurate information where requested, including through the Revenue Leak Roadmap tool and any booking or contact form.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Creative Copyz, its employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Site.
11Disclaimer
THE SITE AND THE REVENUE LEAK ROADMAP TOOL ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. CREATIVE COPYZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATIVE COPYZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE REVENUE LEAK ROADMAP TOOL, INCLUDING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON ITS ESTIMATES.
Where applicable law does not permit these exclusions or limitations, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, contact [email protected] with a description of the work, its location on the Site, your contact details, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
14Applicable law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
15Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in effect.
16Entire agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Creative Copyz regarding use of the Site.
