Service Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Scope
Creative Copyz provides digital AI automation services. This policy covers how services are delivered, and our terms for cancellation and refunds.
This business delivers digital services only. There is no physical product and therefore no shipping.
This policy does not cover the free Revenue Leak Roadmap tool, which is provided at no cost and is not subject to payment or refund terms.
Service delivery
Paid engagements begin once a signed agreement or statement of work is in place between Creative Copyz and the client. That agreement sets out the specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for the engagement.
Delivery is digital - systems, automations, and related work product are delivered electronically. There is no physical product to ship.
Payment terms
Engagements are typically structured as a setup fee plus an ongoing retainer. The setup fee is either paid in full at signing, or split into a deposit due at signing and a remaining balance due as specified in the agreement.
The exact structure - including amounts, timing, and the retainer terms - is set out in the signed agreement for each engagement, and can vary from what is described here based on what both parties agree to.
Cancellation
- Before work begins.
- All payments are non-refundable, including any deposit or setup fee paid before active work begins, unless the signed agreement expressly states otherwise with its own specific refund terms.
- After work begins.
- Once work has commenced, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid for work completed or in progress, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds
All payments made for completed work are final. Because our services involve custom, labor-intensive system design and development performed specifically for each client, we do not offer refunds once work has been delivered or is in progress, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing as part of a specific engagement.
