Somewhere In Your Business, Revenue Is Leaking. We Find It, Then Build What Stops It.

Slow bids, dead follow-up, lapsed contracts, dispatch chaos, paperwork that sits for days before it turns into an invoice. Most of it never shows up as a line item. It just quietly costs you.

The Revenue Leak Method

Find the Leak. Build the Fix. Prove It Sticks.

Every contractor loses revenue somewhere. Most never see exactly where, because it never shows up as a clean number on a P&L. Here's the three steps we run every time.

Step 01

Find

  • You run the free roadmap tool, or we walk through it together on a call
  • It calculates your specific weekly time and dollar leak, in your own numbers, not a generic industry estimate
  • Common leaks we diagnose: slow bid turnaround, dead bid follow-up, lapsed service agreements, dispatch overload, field paperwork lag
Step 02

Fix

  • We build the specific automated system for your leak, not a generic tool bolted onto your business
  • It's wired into how your operation already runs, not a new process your team has to learn from scratch
Step 03

Prove

  • You get visibility into whether it's actually working, not just a promise that it will
  • The system stays in place and keeps earning its keep long after the first invoice

A note on where we are today. Every build starts the same way, find the leak, then build the fix. Our most complete result to date is bid and quote follow-up, the exact mechanism shown below. That's where we'd start with you too.

The Method, In Action

Here's What Find, Fix, Prove Actually Looked Like

Lauren Davis manages Hooper Pooper Scooper, a local pet waste removal service. Not a contractor, and a different industry entirely. We're showing it anyway, because the leak is the exact one most contractors have: a quote request that sits, and nobody chasing it afterwards.

Find

What was leaking

Everything was manual. Someone would hit "get a quote" on the website and then, in Lauren's words, sit and wait way too long without receiving it. There was no follow-up system behind it, so leads slipped through the cracks.

Fix

What we built

A quote management system. Quotes go out instantly on request, and follow-up runs automatically after them instead of depending on someone remembering.

Prove

What changed

More people respond, and they book within the day or week of getting their quote. A dashboard added later shows which services are selling most, so planning and tracking finally happen at all.

Today

She's still a client

Quotes are going out instantly. Follow-up is happening automatically and we’re just seeing a lot more people respond and actually book within the day or week of receiving their quote… It’s taken a lot off of our plate and it’s allowed us to grow organically without being overwhelmed.

The Voice Side

An AI Automation Agency Partnered With Us on Their Voice Campaign

This one isn't a leak diagnosis, so we're not going to dress it up as one. SKAI Systems is an AI automation agency - they build this kind of thing for a living - and we partnered with them to build the AI cold caller behind one of their client campaigns.

What it proves

The voice work is real, and it holds up to a specialist

An agency that builds AI systems itself chose to build this one with us, put it in front of their own client, and came back to say the turnaround was fast and the results were good. That is a harder room than a first-time buyer.

What it doesn't

It isn't a contractor result, and there's no number attached

It ran under their campaign, so the numbers aren't ours to publish. Outbound calling is also a different job from the inbound and follow-up work above. Treat this as evidence the voice build is solid, nothing more.

…Naman built an incredible AI cold caller for one of my client campaigns, and the results were fantastic. Super easy to work with, fast turnaround. Naman knows his stuff, especially around AI voice…

Why This, Why Me

I Didn't Start in Software. That's the Point.

Portrait of the founder of Creative Copyz

Ex-VFX, feature film 3D environment artist before automation

Before this, I spent years as a 3D environment artist in visual effects, at one of the industry’s top VFX studios.

That job meant building detailed, functioning systems that had to hold up under scrutiny, on a deadline, for people who'd notice immediately if something didn't work.

AI-driven layoffs hit that industry hard in 2023. Mine included.

I've been building AI-powered systems for real businesses since then. The Revenue Leak Method came out of the same instinct that shaped my old work, find exactly what's broken before you touch anything, then fix that specific thing.

Most people in automation came from marketing or generic software and picked up AI as a trend. I came from building things that had to actually work. That's the standard every system I build now still gets held to.

Before You Book

The Questions We Get Asked First

What are automated business systems?

Automated business systems are tools that handle repetitive tasks automatically, like following up on bids, answering calls, or tracking renewals, so nothing falls through manually. For contractors, that usually means faster response times and fewer leads lost to slow follow-up.

What exactly do you build?

We start by finding where your business is losing revenue, usually slow bid turnaround or dead follow-up, then build the specific automated system that fixes it. Not a generic tool, a system built around how your operation already runs.

Have you worked with contractors before?

We’ve built and proven this exact mechanism, faster response time and automated follow-up, for a client in a different industry, retained for almost two years. Your business would be among our first built specifically for the trades we now focus on.

Do you work with my trade specifically?

We focus on electrical, fire protection, mechanical, commercial roofing, elevator and escalator service, refrigeration service, and facilities maintenance contractors with 10 to 50 employees. If that’s not quite you, book a call and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s a fit.

How much does this cost?

Pricing depends on what we’re building and how complex your current process is. We’ll give you a real number after the free diagnostic call, not before, since quoting blind helps neither of us.

Is the tool actually free?

Yes, no card, no email required to see your result. It calculates your specific weekly time and dollar leak based on your own numbers, not a generic industry estimate, in a few minutes.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the system, but most builds move quickly once we’ve diagnosed the leak. You’ll get a clear timeline on your call, before you commit to anything.

What happens after I book a call?

Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. We walk through where your revenue is actually leaking and what we’d build to fix it. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you plainly.

How is this different from ServiceTitan or Jobber?

Those are general operations platforms you configure yourself. We diagnose one specific leak in your business, bids, follow-up, or elsewhere, then build a system around that exact problem, not a broad platform you have to set up alone.

Is this a subscription?

That depends on what we build. Some systems are a one-time build, others need ongoing upkeep as your business changes. We’ll be specific about which applies before you commit to anything.

The Call

Bring Your Bottleneck. I'll Show You What I'd Build For It.

15 minutes. No pitch deck, no generic demo. We find where your business is actually leaking, bids, follow-up, renewals, dispatch, or paperwork, and what it would take to close it.
